Protection from Harassment Act 2014
(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Protection from Harassment Act 2014, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Protection from Harassment Act 2014 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 May 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Protection from Harassment Act 2014 is amended —

(a)

by numbering the existing item as item 1; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 1 (as renumbered by sub‑paragraph (a)), the following item:

“2. Offences under section 17B(1) of the Private Security Industry Act 2007.”.
