of Singapore (Licence Fees)
(Amendment) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(4) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 1 January 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification (N 1) —

(a)

in Part I, delete sub-paragraphs (e) and (g);

(b)

replace Part II with —

“Part ii

fees payable in respect of licences under
the maritime and port authority of singapore
(harbour craft manning licence
examination) regulations (rg 4)

The fees payable under regulation 18 or 19 are as follows:

(a)	for the grant of a manning licence under regulation 18(1)

$20

(b)	for the renewal of a manning licence under regulation 19(4)

$10.

”;

(c)

in Part III, in paragraph 1, replace sub-paragraph (b) with —

“(b)	For a late submission of application to renew a licence

$10.”; and

(d)

in Part III, in paragraph 2, delete sub-paragraph (c).
