(Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments
and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Second Minister for Trade and Industry, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Minister for Trade and Industry relating to tourism, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 22nd March 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Holiday Inn Atrium, Singapore” in item (12) and substituting the words “Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium”;

(b)

by deleting item (38) relating to Hotel Grand Central;

(c)

by deleting the word “Innotel” in item (185) and substituting the words “Innotel Hotel”;

(d)

by deleting the words “Havana Inn” in item (208) and substituting the words “Lofi Inn”;

(e)

by deleting the words “Bunc Hostel” in item (209) and substituting the words “Bunc@Radius Hostel”; and

(f)

by inserting, immediately after item (215), the following items:

“(216) ABC Premium Hostel.

(217) Naumi Liora.

(218) Soluxe Inn.

(219) b88 Hostel.

(220) Park Avenue Changi.

(221) Days Hotel Singapore At Zhongshan Park.

(222) Bliss Hotel Singapore.
