(Pleasure Craft) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pleasure Craft) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 January 2023.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  In regulation 4(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pleasure Craft) Regulations (Rg 6) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), replace “shall be determined by the Authority” with “are specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification (N 1) or the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Fees for Replacement or Certified Copy of Licence) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 1005/2022)”.
Amendment of regulation 39
3.  In regulation 39(2) of the principal Regulations, replace “as the Authority may determine” with “as specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification (N 1)”.
Amendment of regulation 42
4.  In regulation 42 of the principal Regulations, replace “as the Authority may determine” with “as specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Fees for Replacement or Certified Copy of Licence) Notification 2022”.
