MediShield Life Scheme
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the MediShield Life Scheme Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the MediShield Life Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 February 2023.
Amendment of Sixth Schedule
2.  In the Sixth Schedule to the MediShield Life Scheme Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 622/2015), in item 7(a), after sub‑paragraph (xvi), insert —
 
“(xvia)Category 39
 
$7,800 per month”.
