(Manufacturing Licence) (Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Customs (Manufacturing Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 3 September 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Customs (Manufacturing Licence) (Exemption) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 305/2010) is amended by inserting, immediately after sub‑paragraph (a), the following sub‑paragraph:
“(b)hearses;”.
