In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2023 and is deemed to have come into operation on 14 August 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016), in the Schedule, after item 200, insert —

“201. Active Global @ Fernvale Glades”.
