(Amendment No. 3) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 25 June 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4(2) of the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 12) Order (O 6) is amended by deleting the words “30 June 2021” and substituting the words “31 August 2021”.
