Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Amendment) Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 2 August 2021.

Amendment of Seventh Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (b) of paragraph (2) in the third column of item 9 and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:

“(c)	Nitroglycerin (except when packaged or prepared in individual medicinal doses).”.
