International Child Abduction
(Contracting States) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the International Child Abduction Act 2010, MG (NS) Chan Chun Sing, Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 211/2011) is amended —
(a)by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 1; and
(b)by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 7, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following items:

8.Argentina
1st July 2011
9.Czech Republic
1st July 2011
10.Latvia
1st July 2011
11.Serbia
1st July 2011
12.Sweden
1st July 2011.
