In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act 1974, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 28 October 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011), in item 23, in the first column, replace “Global Markets Research” with “Deutsche Bank Research”.
