(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 July 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015), in the Schedule —

(a)	in Part 1, in item 38, in the first column, replace “St. Andrew’s Community Hospital Medifund Committee” with “St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital Medifund Committee”; and
(b)	in Part 2, in item 5, in the first column, replace “St. Andrew’s Community Hospital Medifund Committee” with “St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital Medifund Committee”.
