(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 September 2021.
Amendment of Part I of Schedule
2.  Item 6 of Part I of the Schedule to the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 708/2011) is deleted.
