Rules 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(2)(c) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) Rules (R 1), in the Schedule —

(a)

in the following provisions, in the second column, replace “$10” wherever it appears with “$10.90”:

(b)

in item (3), in the second column, replace “$10.50” with “$11.45”;

(c)

replace item (4) with —

(e)

in items (6)(ii) and (9)(ii), in the second column, replace “$5” with “$5.45”;

(f)
