Misuse of Drugs
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1973, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 26 June 2023.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 2(1), replace the definitions of “collaborative practice agreement” and “collaborative prescribing practitioner” with —
“ “collaborative practice agreement” and “collaborative prescribing practitioner” have the meanings given by regulation 2 of the Healthcare Services (Collaborative Prescribing Service) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 398/2023);”.
