Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act
(Chapter 243)
Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (h), the following item:
“(i)Regulations 12(4) and 13 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 198/2010).”.
