(Amendment) Rules 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 135(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2021 and come into operation on 28 October 2021.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 29) is amended by inserting, immediately after “23A(5)” in paragraph (a), the words “and (7)”.
