Active Mobility
(Gardens by the Bay — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Gardens by the Bay — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 16 May 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  Paragraph 1(2) of the Active Mobility (Gardens by the Bay — Exemption) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 948/2020) is amended by deleting the words “15 May 2021” and substituting the words “15 November 2021”.
Amendment of paragraph 2
3.  Paragraph 2 of the Active Mobility (Gardens by the Bay — Exemption) Order 2020 is amended by deleting paragraph (b) of the definition of “specified person” and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b)ST Engineering Autonomous Solutions Pte Ltd (UEN 200100708K);”.
