Prisons (Advisory Committees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Prisons Act 1933, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Prisons (Advisory Committees) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 February 2024.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  In the Prisons (Advisory Committees) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 448/2014), in regulation 5(1), after “Minister”, insert “or Commissioner”.
