(Amendment) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 20 May 2023.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. In the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6), in the Second Schedule, in Part 1, after “Oxford Street.”, insert —

“Pan Island Expressway — that part of the slip road from exit 26A of the Pan Island Expressway, between lamp post No. 1255S1 and lamp post No. 1275S6, in the direction towards Jalan Anak Bukit.”.

Amendment of Third Schedule

3. In the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification, in the Third Schedule, after “Punggol East — that part of Punggol East between Punggol Field and Punggol Dale.”, insert —

“Punggol North Avenue.”.
