(Chapter 142)
Insurance (Amendment) Regulations 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Insurance Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 31st December 1999.
Deletion of regulation 30
2.  Regulation 30 of the Insurance Regulations (Rg 1, 1999 Ed.) is deleted.
Deletion of regulation 33
3.  Regulation 33 of the Insurance Regulations is deleted.
