(Withdrawal of Cash Grants)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower, after consulting with the Central Provident Fund Board, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Central Provident Fund (Withdrawal of Cash Grants) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 November 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Central Provident Fund (Withdrawal of Cash Grants) Regulations (Rg 8) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item (4); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (8), the following item:

“(9)	The CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care (ElderShield Scheme) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 810/2021).”.
