(Amendment of Fifteenth Schedule)
Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(7)(d) of the Companies Act 1967, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Companies Act 1967 (Amendment of Fifteenth Schedule) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 28 June 2023.

Amendment of Fifteenth Schedule

2. In the Companies Act 1967, in the Fifteenth Schedule, in paragraph 1 —

(a)

in sub‑paragraph (c), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(b)

after sub‑paragraph (c), insert —

“(d)	a foreign company which shares are listed for quotation on an approved exchange in Singapore, such listing being a primary listing.”.
