(No. 2) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Areas) (Revocation) (No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 10 November 2023.

Revocation

2. In the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 1), in the Schedule, delete item (21).
