In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Biological Agents and Toxins Act 2005, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Biological Agents and Toxins Act 2005 (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 9 October 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Biological Agents and Toxins Act 2005, in the First Schedule, in Part 1, under the heading “VIRUSES”, delete item 2A.
