(Exemptions) (Revocation)
Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 22(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act 1980, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemptions) (Revocation) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 26 June 2023.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the following Regulations:
(a)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 110/2011);
(b)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (WoodlandsHealth Pte Ltd — Exemption) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 258/2020);
(c)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (National University Health System Pte Ltd — Exemption) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 380/2020);
(d)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Outsourced Tests — Exemption) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 1000/2020);
(e)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (WoodlandsHealth Pte Ltd — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 33/2021);
(f)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (SingHealth Polyclinics — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 335/2021);
(g)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Panhome Eldercare Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 549/2021);
(h)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Raffles Medical Group Ltd — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 630/2021);
(i)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (SATA CommHealth — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 709/2021);
(j)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Drs Trythall Hoy Davies (Pte) Ltd — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 710/2021);
(k)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Sirius Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 772/2021);
(l)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (National University Health System Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 840/2021);
(m)the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Thomson Medical Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 843/2021).
