(Special and Senior Personnel Boards)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, who is charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2021 and, except for paragraph 2(b), comes into operation on 1 November 2021.
(2)  Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 1 January 2022.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Stanley Loh Ka Leung” in the third column of item 2, the following names:
 
“Mr Chng Kai Fong
 
Ms Teoh Zsin Woon”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after the name “Ms Teoh Zsin Woon” in the third column of item 2, the name “Ms Lai Wei Lin”;
(c)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Chia Der Jiun” in the third column of item 4, the name “Ms Teoh Zsin Woon”;
(d)by deleting the name “Ms Lai Wei Lin” in the third column of item 6; and
(e)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Loh Ngai Seng” in the third column of item 6, the name “Ms Lim Wan Yong”.
