(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 of the Fire Safety Act 1993, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Fire Safety (Building and Pipeline Fire Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 24 November 2023.

Amendment of regulation 37

2. In the Fire Safety (Building and Pipeline Fire Safety) Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 37(2), replace “$80” with “$60”.
