Public Service
(Personnel Boards) (Amendment)
Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister relating to human resource management in the Civil Service, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 2 and substituting the following items:
“2.
Personnel Board, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
Public officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
2A.
Personnel Board, Ministry of Communications and Information.
Public officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Ministry of Communications and Information.”;
(b)by deleting item 18; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after item 21, the following item:
“21A.
Personnel Board, Ministry of Social and Family Development.
Public officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Ministry of Social and Family Development.”.
