(Confiscation of Benefits) Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 21 November 2021.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 136(1), (2), (3), (4) and (6)” in the first column of item 222, the words “(as in force before 21 November 2021)”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 260(6)” in the first column of item 223, the words “(as in force before 21 November 2021)”;
(c)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 261C(4) and (5)” in the first column of item 224, the words “(as in force before 21 November 2021)”;
(d)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 136(3A)” in the first column of item 524, the words “(as in force before 21 November 2021)”;
(e)by inserting, immediately after the words “Section 254A” in the first column of item 525, the words “(as in force before 21 November 2021)”; and
(f)by inserting, immediately after the Note to Part XXII, the following Part:
