(Medifund Committees) (Amendment)
Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment) Order 2023.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 28 February 2022.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 21 December 2018.

(4) Paragraph 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 3 January 2023.

(5) Paragraph 2(d) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 December 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015), in the Schedule, in Part 1 —

(a)

in item 1, in the second column, delete items (26) and (27);

(b)

in item 1, in the second column, delete item (36);

(c)

in item 1, in the second column, after item (65), insert —

“(66) Montessori Seniors @ Tanglin”; and

(d)

in item 44, in the second column, in item (4), replace “(Lakeside)” with “(Jurong Spring)”.
