Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2012 (G.N. No. S 514/2012) is amended by deleting the words “1st April 2013 to 30th April 2013” in the fifth column of item 1 and substituting the words “1st May 2013 to 31st March 2017”.
