Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act
(Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 14 February 2021.

Amendment of Part 1 of Appendices of Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Appendices of the Schedule to the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately before item 1 under sub‑heading A (“Agamidae (Spiny‑tailed lizards, agamas)”) in taxon III relating to “SAURIA” under the heading “CLASS REPTILIA (REPTILES)”, the following items:
