(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 of the Banking Act 1970, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Banking (Corporate Governance) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 4 May 2022.
Amendment of regulation 35A
2.  Regulation 35A(1) of the Banking (Corporate Governance) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 583/2005) is amended by deleting the word “execution” in sub‑paragraph (b)(i) and substituting the words “an enforcement order”.
