Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(1)(b) and (c) of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 17th April 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule of the Residential Property (Fees) Rules (R 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$230” in items 5 and 6 and substituting in each case “$250”; and
(b)	by deleting item 18.
