Private Education
(Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 68 of the Private Education Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Private Education (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 28th March 2014.

Deletion of paragraph 6

2. Paragraph 6 of the Private Education (Exemption) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 136/2013) is deleted.
