Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of East Coast (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of East Coast hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of East Coast (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2011 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of East Coast (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 74) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:
“
4A.  4-room (Design, Build and Sell Scheme) flat
 
$66

”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:
“
5A.  5-room (Design, Build and Sell Scheme) flat
 
$78.
