Town Councils Act 1988
Town Council of Chua Chu Kang
(Conservancy and Service Charges)
(Amendment) By-laws 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(1) of the Town Councils Act 1988, the Town Council for the Town of Chua Chu Kang makes the following By‑laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By‑laws are the Town Council of Chua Chu Kang (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By‑laws 2024 and come into operation on 1 May 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Town Council of Chua Chu Kang (Conservancy and Service Charges) By‑laws 2017 (G.N. No. S 238/2017), in the Schedule —
(a)in Part 1, in Division 1, in item 7, replace “and 146” with “, 146 and 147”; and
(b)in Part 2, in Division 1, in item 7, replace “and 146” with “, 146 and 147”.
