Medicines (Medical Advertisements)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52 and 74 of the Medicines Act 1975, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medicines (Medical Advertisements) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 July 2022.
Replacement of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Medicines (Medical Advertisements) Regulations (Rg 2) is replaced with —

1.Application fee for a permit for —
 
 
(a)a medical advertisement using light and sound projection
