Entry and Departure, and Rates)
(Amendment) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment) Notification 2023 and, except for paragraph 2(b), comes into operation on 8 July 2023.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 9 July 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012), in the First Schedule, in Part II, in item 1, in the third column —

(a)	replace “9 a.m. to 5 p.m.” with “8 a.m. to 8 p.m.”; and
(b)	replace “8 a.m. to 8 p.m.” with “9 a.m. to 5 p.m.”.
