In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5A(2) and (5) of the Presidential Elections Act 1991, the Returning Officer makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Presidential Elections Act 1991 (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Presidential Elections Act 1991, in the Schedule, after item 6, insert —

“

President Tharman Shanmugaratnam

Indian community

”.
