Limited Liability Partnerships
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 90 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 April 2022.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Item 12 of the First Schedule to the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the word “subpoena” and substituting the word “order”.
