Casino Control (Designated First Site) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Casino Control Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Designated First Site) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Casino Control (Designated First Site) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 501/2006) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “341W, 342V, 343P, 344T, 357P, 347N” in sub-paragraph (a) and substituting the words “342V, 344T, 380K, 381N, 382X”;
(b)by deleting the words “and 70011M” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the words “, 70011M, 70013V, 70014P, 70015T, 70016A, 70017K and 70018N”; and
(c)by deleting the words “and 80027V” in sub-paragraph (c) and substituting the words “, 80027V and 80029T”.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Casino Control (Designated First Site) Order 2006 is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
“THE SCHEDULE
Paragraph 2
UNKNOWN
[G.N. No. S 237/2010”.]
