In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(2) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Housing and Development Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Housing and Development (Variation of Rent for Hawker Stalls) (Cancellation) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 14 October 2022.

Cancellation

2. The Housing and Development (Variation of Rent for Hawker Stalls) Notification (N 5) is cancelled.
