(Amendment No. 6) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, the Minister charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule —

(a)

in item 1, in the third column, delete “Mr Ravi Menon”;

(b)

in item 4, in the third column, against “Chairman”, replace “Mr Ravi Menon” with “Mr Chan Heng Kee”;

(c)

in item 4, in the third column, delete “Ms Tan Gee Keow” and “Mr Chia Der Jiun”; and

(d)

in item 4, in the third column, after “Ms Lim Wan Yong”, insert —

“Mr Melvyn Ong Su Kiat

Mr Jeffrey Siow Chen Siang”.
