(Disciplinary Proceedings)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 116(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Public Service (Disciplinary Proceedings) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 27 August 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In regulation 2 of the Public Service (Disciplinary Proceedings) Regulations (Rg 1) (definition of “Permanent Secretary”), delete paragraph (ia).
Amendment of regulation 14
3.  In regulation 14 of the Public Service (Disciplinary Proceedings) Regulations —
(a)in paragraph (1)(a) and (b), after “in the Supreme Court,”, insert “Family Justice Courts or State Courts,”;
(b)in paragraph (1)(d), replace the semi‑colon at the end with a full‑stop;
(c)in paragraph (1), delete sub‑paragraph (e); and
(d)in the regulation heading, replace “Supreme Court, Attorney‑General’s Chambers and State Courts” with “Judiciary and Attorney‑General’s Chambers”.
