(Amendment of Sixth Schedule)
Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(6D) of the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993 (Amendment of Sixth Schedule) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 11 April 2022.

Amendment of Sixth Schedule

2. In the Sixth Schedule to the Goods and Services Tax Act 1993, in Part 1, after item 9, insert —

“10. Small Business Recovery Grant

11. Progressive Wage Credit Scheme”.

Made on 11 April 2022.
