(Delegation of Powers —
Ministry of Finance)
(Revocation) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Finance, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Finance) (Revocation) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the following Notifications:
(a)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (Consolidation) Notification (N 6);
(b)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 420/2005);
(c)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (No. 3) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 563/2005);
(d)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 807/2014);
(e)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Finance) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 716/2018);
(f)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Finance) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 238/2019);
(g)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Finance) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 873/2021).
