Companies (Winding Up) (Amendment) Rules 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, the Rules Committee, constituted under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322), hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Companies (Winding Up) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2007.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Companies (Winding Up) Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting Form 3 and substituting the following Form:
“FORM 3
Rule 22
UNKNOWN”.
