Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act 1995, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the First Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1), in Part A, in item 2, in the second column, replace “Senior Director, Gambling Regulatory Unit, Ministry of Home Affairs” with “Director (Gaming Technology Division), Gambling Regulatory Authority”.
